Celestial Books is a free archive that revives old, public-domain works and gives them clean, modern, carefully made editions — then releases them for anyone to read, download, and keep.

What we do

Every title here is out of copyright and freely shareable. We re-set each book in honest type, proof it line by line, restore its original illustrations where they exist, and — for select titles — add an AI-narrated reading.

Why

Great books shouldn't be locked behind bad scans and broken formatting. Bringing them into a modern body keeps them readable for the next generation.
